I’ve read hundreds of pages of Dr. Paul’s writings and had been mulling a similar compilation, as I mentioned elsewhere here on Amazon. This book is almost exactly like I had envisioned my compilation to be: a collection of the “best of” Ron Paul’s common sense, objectivist, realistic and anti-delusional thoughts on a myriad of topics over the past 30+ years.
For those who are wondering, the unabridged versions of many of the excerpts in this book can be found in Dr. Paul’s “Texas Straight Talk” columns which he has published weekly for 12+ years on his congressional web page. Buy this book but think of it only as a starting place for a lifelong journey into rational thought along the lines of Ayn Rand’s Atlas Shrugged which everyone should also read.

This is a great book if you are new to Ron Paul and his views or if you are just starting to question what’s going on in this country and how you might be able to change things.
I’ve been a HUGE fan of Ron Paul for about two years now and have read some of his other books and watched hours of him on YouTube so I didn’t really learn any new insights to his thoughts.
This book gives you quick overviews of his opinions of why it is so important for the future of our country to return to the Constitution.
I recommend it to Republicans and Democrats alike and especially people who are Independant. I’m a registered Republican and Ron Paul was THE ONLY candidate worth voting for in the last Presidential Election.
I don’t agree with all his opinions but I truly believe that his ideas are a great starting point to get our country back on track before it’s too late.
