“There were less deductions I could take last year.”
Are you stupid? You said your taxes went up! You’re complaining because you couldn’t take as much deductions as last year and telling everyone that your taxes went up? Why can’t you just admit that your taxes didn’t go up already? That’s as inane as saying the climate is not changing because there are cities in the U.S. where the temperature this year was the same as 10 years ago.

@pokermaster54@pokermaster54 My taxes were higher. I made the same amount. You are not going to prove to me I paid less. I’m not lying. I paid more. Do you get it yet. My taxes went up. What do you want me to to fax you my taxes from last year.

@pokermaster54 Your not that smart are you. The amount of taxes you pay has to do with more than your tax bracket. There were less deductions I could take last year. Now I did prove to you that Obama did not change the tax brackets any other way than Bush to account for inflation. That is not a tax cut. Boy arguing with democrats is like talking to a wall. Fail. Your just mad because Obama has been a fail and you obviously voted for him.

Go to the Facebook page of US Senator John Cornyn ( search for, John Cornyn, in Facebook ), ( NB his page with the color photo of Cornyn, as he has more than one Facebook page ), look in the, ” Just Others “, section of Cornyn’s Facebook page, and you will find some right loons there, one of them is a character who calls himself James Price, another is a Jonathan Gal. Are either or both of them LaRouche PAC nutters, you will have to work that out for yourselves.

Oh so before you were saying that your income hasn’t changed but your tax rate has, but now you’re saying it hasn’t but it doesn’t keep up with inflation?
First of all I asked for your income but you didn’t answer because if we actually got into the specifics you would look like a bigger moron then you already do.
Depending on the year and the tax brackets you look at, the increase in income range is above or below average inflation.
But you said you taxes WENT UP.
FAIL.

Ron Paul is right!
Small government is what made this country great!
Since Obama isn’t a real American, he can’t appreciate that! Communist Kenyan Muslim Jihadists don’t understand that small government, freedom, Capitalism, and traditional Christian values actually WORK out pretty well!
Let’s talk abolishing the FED & eliminating all entitlements. Let’s end Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid & cut out all welfare payments going out to ghetto low-lifes.

@pokermaster54 Good advice. Go back and look at that chart again. Every year since Bush enacted real tax cuts starting in 2002 the tax brackets have been changed by the same amount. Every year the amount you need to earn to fall into a certain bracket is increased to keep up with inflation. Obama has not enacted a tax cut any different from the past decade yet he touts that he has. Unless you believe the cpi (i’m sure you do) then the tax cuts you see are artificial.

“Some people are easily fooled.”
Indeed.
There is an easy way to figure it out instead of “asking actual people that they had their taxes decreased”. Why would you ask actual people? They are easily fooled.
google tax rate history and click the first link
It’s a PDF file with a complete list of tax tables from 1913 all the way to 2010. As you can see the tax rates have not changed. However some people are paying less taxes in 2010 because the tax brackets have changed.

They changed the tax bracket this year. Check it out. It puts me in a higher tax bracket thus increasing the amount I owe. Just because you heard the dems say they decreased taxes doesn’t mean when you ask actual people that they had their taxes decreased. They play tricks so they can say one thing and do another. Like decreasing the amount people in a certain tax bracket owes but decreasing the amount of people in that tax bracket. Don’t feel bad. Some people are easily fooled.
