@JBBlitz Bush handled it horribly! He was on vacation in August when his administration was forewarned of an impending attack. He took no action to raise alertness and implement security measures. We were told an attack was very likely and he did NOTHING and we were totally blind sided. Thousands of people died needlessly because of his incompetence. If he responded to the warnings lives could of been saved.

@SpazzzDog Bush made the troops go in Afhganistan, 9/11 happened due to lack of security at airport and he had plans to be the education president, George Bush did something to prevent it from happening again and so far it has worked, Bush handled it well.

@JBBlitz Bush did nothing until 9/12. He had over half a year to act since inauguration. He was given fair warning by intelligence in August 2001. Bush failed and let 9/11 happen out of incompetence.

@SpazzzDog it happened before Bush enacted tough foreign policy and Clinton left the airports unsecured.

@JBBlitz You think intelligence might have something to do with it? Correlation proves nothing. 9/11 happened on Bush’s watch.

@SpazzzDog yes it does, that is why another 9/11 hasn’t happened since.

@JBBlitz Our protection depends upon a softer approach to foreign affairs. Bush and McCain’s aggressive policies only digs the whole deeper.

@JBBlitz NO… Your foreign policy of sticking our nose in everyone’s business jeopardizes our national security. The fact that we support and protect dictators in the Arab world (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt and the rest) with our military jeopardizes our national security. Your ideal of foreign policy is the stuff that give bin Laden his appeal in the Muslim world. The CIA calls it blowback.

@JBBlitz Wow, that’s one of the dumbest things I’ve heard in a while. 1. Those Muslims who support terrorism are WAY more conservative than any American conservative. 2. I’ve never said I support terrorism. 3. If you feel it’s a good idea to give up your rights to and depend on the federal govt’ THAT is a core liberal policy.
